This ring is perfect for anyone who has an addiction, such as me. Mine is food, so each time I reach for something I'm not suppose to eat, I see this ring and say the prayer out loud and it stops me from gorging.

Purchased as gift. Friend loved the ring and besides the message beautifully inscribed, it’s her new favorite fidget toy :-)
